MAMOBO OGORO

Mamobo Ogoro is a Nigerian-Irish Social Psychologist (Ph.D Candidate) and multi award-winning social entrepreneur. As the Founder and CEO of GORM, Mamobo is on a personal mission to unify the world. Mamobo is an internationally recognised speaker and thought leader, and speaks to diverse audiences in cultural diversity, intercultural leadership, intersectionality and social entrepreneurship.

Having spoken to multinational businesses such as EY, IBM, Grant Thornton and more, Mamobo has been heralded for her work with GORM on countless occasions. Mamobo won the ‘Catalyst Award’ in the Irish Tatler Woman of the Year Awards 2022 for bringing about social change in Ireland. In 2023 she was awarded the ‘Changing Ireland' Accelerator by Social Entrepreneurs Ireland in partnership with Google.org, and most recently she was the first person in Ireland to win the ‘Change-maker’ category in She’s Next by Visa.

Mamobo is a lover of music and the arts and has a passion for storytelling. She uses such skilful storytelling techniques to capture the attention of her audiences she engages with.

DR.ANCA MINESESCU, Ph.D 

Dr. Anca Minescu is a distinguished Social Psychologist and an Associate Professor at the University of Limerick, bringing over two decades of expertise and experience in the fields of cultural diversity, ethnic relations, migration, and social inclusion. Her vast knowledge and expertise particularly focuses on areas such as prejudice, collective action, cultural intelligence, combatting discrimination, and conducting Intercultural Competence Trainings.

Her dedication to human rights and diversity and inclusion extends to her over 15 years of experience and leadership in internationalisation, and now her role as the European Academic Coordinator for Erasmus Mundus Master in Psychology of Global Mobility, Inclusion, and Diversity in Society (Global-MINDS)

Dr. Anca is Romanian, a lover of comedy and a mother of two, who’s expertise and passion for human rights guides her work and engagements with partners and clients.
