The Unified Business Programme is Ireland’s first initiative focused on building intercultural competence in the workplace.

Developed by GORM’s team of social and cultural psychologists, it equips leaders and teams with the skills to work effectively across cultures, turning diversity into a strategic advantage.

With three tiered membership options, the programme supports organisations at every stage of their inclusion journey.

Awareness Stream

For businesses at the start of their intercultural journey, this tier offers a solid foundation. Expect engaging online learning tools, practical intercultural frameworks, and access to best-practice resources. Ideal for teams building baseline cultural literacy in a fast-changing world.
