Following an international survey of 370 diversity and inclusion professionals who were asked: “Which D&I leader inspires you the most?”, Dr. Mamobo Ogoro, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of GORM, has been selected by her global peers as one of the “Inspirational D&I Leaders 2025.”
What Is “D&I Leaders”?

Inclusion on this list is a mark of respect from fellow practitioners who value evidence-driven strategy, authentic community engagement, and sustained leadership in advancing equity.
