Overview

This introductory session provides participants with a practical understanding of intercultural competence and why it matters in the workplace.

Grounded in social and cultural psychology, the session explores how culture influences the way we communicate, build relationships and experience the workplace. Participants are introduced to key concepts, practical frameworks and opportunities for reflection that support more effective engagement across cultural differences.

Delivered as an interactive, facilitator-led session, the training combines discussion, workplace examples and practical activities to help participants begin developing their intercultural competence.
