Dr. Anca Minescu is a Romanian social psychologist, professor at the University of Limerick and Senior Consultant at GORM. She specialises in intergroup relations, trauma-informed practice, and inclusive organisational development. With over 20 years’ experience in higher education and applied intercultural learning, Anca merges academic rigour with practical insight to support institutions in building equitable and psychologically safe cultures.

As a senior consultant with GORM, Anca delivers bespoke training on inclusive leadership, cultural awareness, and anti-discrimination. Her facilitation style is known for being both accessible and reflective, enabling diverse participants to engage meaningfully with complex issues of race, identity, and belonging.

Beyond delivery, Anca supports strategic embedding of learning outcomes. She works closely with project leads to ensure that training informs wider organisational objectives, from behavioural shifts to structural policy change.
