The Tara Building has selected GORM as part of its 2026 Social Impact Residency cohort.
The residency supports individuals and organisations working to create positive social and environmental impact across Ireland and beyond. Over a six-month period, residents are provided with workspace, community access, and opportunities to connect with a wider network of changemakers, creatives, and social innovators based in Dublin city centre.
For GORM, the residency comes at an important stage of growth as the organisation continues expanding its work across intercultural education, workplace inclusion, research, and global communication training.
Founded by Dr Mamobo Ogoro, GORM works with organisations, educational institutions, and communities to strengthen intercultural competence and create more inclusive environments through training, consultancy, media, and learning experiences.
The residency will support the continued development of GORM’s programmes and partnerships while embedding the organisation within one of Dublin’s leading collaborative workspaces for impact-driven organisations.
Speaking about the residency, Dr. Mamobo said:
“We are delighted to join The Tara Building’s Social Impact Residency and to be part of a community of people working across social innovation, creativity, and systems change. As an organisation focused on intercultural learning and inclusion, being in a space that values collaboration, community, and impact feels deeply aligned with our work and vision.”
The Tara Building’s Social Impact Residency runs from May to October 2026 and supports projects working across sustainability, advocacy, community development, and social enterprise.
Through the residency, GORM will continue building accessible intercultural learning opportunities while strengthening connections across Ireland’s wider social impact ecosystem.
