Unifying across differences

GORM is an award-winning social enterprise on a mission to unify across differences through intercultural media and education.

Founded by Dr. Mamobo Ogoro

It started with a simple, uncomfortable truth: Ireland was changing, and its workplaces, institutions and communities were not keeping up.

Dr. Mamobo Ogoro founded GORM in 2020 with the belief that genuine inclusion doesn't happen by accident. It takes evidence, skill, and the courage to have difficult conversations. It takes people willing to be changed by those around them, not just willing to tolerate them. What began as a small intercultural training practice has grown into a movement.

Award-winning programmes. Corporate clients. Public sector partnerships. Community youth work. Storytelling that reaches people where they are.

"We are still at the beginning of what we believe is possible." - Dr. Mamobo Ogoro, Founder & CEO, GORM

GORM is guided by Belonging Design Principles, and work under three core pillars.

We equip leaders

We equip leaders through evidence-based intercultural training and consultancy. Our team of expert Psychologists have over 30 years of accumulated experience in the area of Intergroup Relations, Cultural Diversity and Cross-cultural Management.

we Enable Communities

We enable communities through our intercultural community events and our Wideshot Programme, which gives young people from ethnically diverse backgrounds the skills to tell their own stories and enter the film and media industry.

We Elevate Voices

We elevate voices through creative media projects via digital storytelling with communities, both in house and for others. We create social impact content on our platform and for other organisations and broadcasters.

GORM Operates as a Social Enterprise
